The lowering of the temperature of the sea moss preserves the life of the Sea moss longer because Temperatures between 34-38 degrees F slow bacterial growth,. Raw un-gelled Sea moss in its natural state can be stored up to 12 months in a an air sealed Container or Air tight Packaging away from direct sunlight or extreme heat.
Most Sea Moss Gel has an average life span of about 3 to 4 weeks when refrigerated & less if not. You should always inspect all your food products before consumption. (20/30 minutes) Rinse off with cool water. Clean Sea Moss then soak it overnight in soaking & heating pot.

Add 1 Qt (32oz) of water to pot, (1 tea spoon for every 16oz of water) bring to a boil, then minimize heat to low..
Place 2 tea spoons of herbs into your Steeping pot & mix herbs every few minutes until water is tinted and herbs marinated.
To remove tea, pour herb water through a tight mesh strainer into cup to filter put the herbs. If you prefer the herbs further marinate simply pour into drinking cup with herbs & enjoy.
If you have a teapot with mesh just add 2 teaspoons to the mesh net, pour in hot steaming water, steep 15 min before pouring.
If you have a tea ball infuser You can add 2 teaspoons of herbs into the mesh, add it to your steeping water for 15 to 20 minutes then enjoy.
